Someone else has an iTunes account with my email address

hi I'm not sure how to go about this. Basically I have a gmail account email address and there are two email addresses that come can be used to teach the inbox of the same account. Someone has made an iTunes account using one of these and I am recieving there emails to verify there account etc. I think it might be a mistake as it says the persons name on the emails and they have the same first name as me but I don't know how to stop thEm. any suggestions? P
