Ipad Live Streaming Poor Quality

My Ipad recently has been displaying poor quality on live streaming Apps. I use sports apps like NBC Live Extra, WatchESPN, and the NBA Game Time League Pass App. Each app has been playing everything live stream in poor quality. I do not remember this happening in the past and I have done things like uninstall app and reinstall and that hasnt worked. I have reset my Network Settings and have reset my Ipad but that has not worked either. Any help would be much appreciated.

How is your internet connection? We live stream TV shows and movies from European TV stations - iPad hooked to the HD TV - (we're in the US) and only have an occasional problem with buffering (or it stops for a couple of seconds). That is on a 12 mbps DSL connection (the fastest available in these parts) and, most of the time, it works well.

I used speedtest.net to check speed on iPad and it was about 30 Mbps Download speed and 1.3 Mbps Upload speed. This never use to happen on my iPad as last year I used the NBA League Pass on my iPad and it worked fine.
