Q: iphone 6s plus sound quality

Anyone else disappointed with iPhones 6s plus sound quality when playing iTunes music offline? The fact that I've spent over 1500 dollars to get an unlocked iPhone 6s Plus including the apple care , two iPhone cases and two different screen protectors i feel like for the money the sound quality is awful.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.1

What does the amount of money you spent on accessories factor into anything?

Why are you playing music out of the internal speaker?

Why are you not using headphones or an external speaker of some sort?

The internal speaker is used to give you notifications.

Aside from the multiple QC returns, the only thing I dislike about the 6S+ is the loudspeaker. It's junk for listening to music. The 6+ had a fantastic speaker; warm and non-fatiguing with a rich, full sound. The new phone has a tinny sound with less bass and a harsh, painful top end. I'm annoyed actually because I had got into the habit of listening to music through my old 6+ loudspeaker because it was so good and now I've had to stop doing so. Why the backwards step? I had assumed the new phone would have exactly the same speaker. I appreciate that most people don't listen to music through their loudspeaker but I did.....
