my elderly mother forgot her password to her icloud. -_-

my mother isn't tech savvy...like at all. i'm not even sure how she managed to set up as much as she did. now...as luck would have it, she cannot remember the password nor the answers to the security questions. to make it worse, there are no known email addresses associated with her icloud account. how do we reset her password?
