I have an IPhone 6
I cannot change the voice mail greeting
I can hit play or record and nothing happens
i have this problem, too.. I have deleted all voicemail messages, changed my voicemail password, closed all other apps, turned my phone off and back on (several times).... any additional suggestions? (I'm changing jobs and need to change my outgoing message asap!)
Unfortunately, your voicemail has absolutely nothing to do with Apple. Your voicemail is managed by your service provider, and you should contact them on how to change your voicemail greeting.
