My app crashes and doesn't ask for pass like it should

Hello, I have a ipod 4g 8gb ios 6.1.6 and my problem is that I want to download an app I have downloaded before called drag racing classic and when I click on the cloud redownload button it doesn't ask me for my password like it should and when I downloaded another game it asked for it. Once the app is done downloading it open for 3-5 sea then crashes. I have more then enough space to download the app and i am up to date to play the app i have tried resetting my ipod which I just hold the on/off button and restart and held it with the home button for 10 seconds and reset all settings and lastly download another game to try to fix the one that didnt open. The app works on my sisters Idevice
