And what are the conditions to become an authorized seller?

You are asking Apple users - you are not talking to Apple here. This is a volunteer group providing Apple Support.

Look for a "Contact Us" link in the lower right and try that to contact Apple directly.

I have check right now, but they dont need resellers at the moment. I think here someone also could give nice advice. Probbaly, someone has experience.
