Q: error message on iCloud.com when trying to view albums in photos app

In last several days-when I open iCloud.com and the photos -

 

i'm getting error message that the photos app is not responding-report to apple or reload

 

either action does not resolve problems-error messages keep occurring.

 

my latest photos are not showing --especially if I try to go from MOMENTS TO ALBUMS??

 

Spent an hour last nite with senior advisor on apple care call--no changes.

 

Any advice or similar issues?

    Try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop syncing. Wait a couple of minutes, then recheck syncing. If the device, go to Settings/iCloud and do the above.

    HI Eric,

     

    i tried and I still get error. My photos on my MAC sync fine with my IPhone photo App

     

    when I go to Photos on ICloud.com it starts under Moments Tab and they are not current since this past weeken.

     

    When I click ALBUMS tab I get Error messag that Photo App is not responding and when I click either Reloaf or report to Apple it takes me back to error message.

    I was on phone with Apple Senior Adviser the other nite for an hour without result.

     

    THere are no reported ICloud outages in my Tampa region.

     

    HE wants to me try another Network which I will do tomorrow.

     

    AAny other thoughts?
