Q: error message on iCloud.com when trying to view albums in photos app
In last several days-when I open iCloud.com and the photos -
i'm getting error message that the photos app is not responding-report to apple or reload
either action does not resolve problems-error messages keep occurring.
my latest photos are not showing --especially if I try to go from MOMENTS TO ALBUMS??
Spent an hour last nite with senior advisor on apple care call--no changes.
Any advice or similar issues?
