does anyone use both dropbox and iCloud for photos and why

I used to.

I have far more space in dropbox than I need and figured it would do no harm to enable the service as an extra back up of my photos.

However dropbox was far too slow and always required attention to start the uploads again when they stopped for one of a couple of reasons. I have other back ups, dropbox photos was a complete pain and not worth it.
