webDAV not working on server 5.0.15

I have upgraded my MAC server to OS X 10.11.1 and Server 5.0.15 as I manage (supervise) my school iPads on this machine with Apple Configurator (just upgraded to 2 also). After the initial update to OS, Server and Configurator I find that all works apart from all my iPads are unable to access the server.

I can access the server by Mac using AFP but I'm unable to get the WebDAV App or the Pages/Keynote built in WebDAV to connect and authenticate?

Asked my support and the have replicated the issue but do not know a fix.

MacBook Pro, iOS 6.0.2

Have the same problem. WebDav is selected. SMB connection with the same credentials is working.
