Q: mail gets recognized as spam by mistake

Is there a way, I can find out why a particular e-mail is recognized as spam?

I'm currently creatibng a new application that sends registration confirmation and billing confirmation by mail. These e-mails are treated as spam by icloud.com

I would like to understand, why they are treated as spam.

Could be a 'false positive' as explained here - iCloud: Identifying and filtering junk mail - Apple Support in which case, it suggests contacting iCloud support for further assistance.
