Currently I am using Iphone 5s 32GB.
Recently i had updated my phone to ios 9.1 and i had encountered an issue which my phone was freeze at apple logo with progress bar.
The progress bar showing 5% of completion.
I've waited for 2 hours and it still 5% at the end.
I couldnt choose restore option hence i dont have any backup.
Any idea to fix this issue up?
I'm afraid that you'll have to restart the device by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
Then try again to restore the phone.

First of all thank for the quick reply.
Yeah i had did all these steps and it still stuck.
i really ran out of ideal and i had not been backup my phone data for long time ago.
I just wants to backup all my images and perform system restoration.
Currently i am using update option instead of restore.
Update will keeping my data while restore will wipe all data.
Please help with this.
