Siri not working after 9.1 update

After updating to ios 9.1 I found siri is not working.I want to know what is the problem and when it is going to resolve.

Not sure what you mean by not working?

But do a reset, no data loss. Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

after pressing the home button to activate siri a msg is displaying as shown in pic.after that nothing is happening when i tried to give commands to siri

I have the same problem and tried restoring and all mics work and still nothing any ideas?
