Q: iCloud stored photos not on iCloud Drive

I Have about 235mb of photos stored in iCloud acct. operating iPhone 5S with latest iso 9.1. All settings on phone are correct, iCloud and photos on settings are correct. IDrive app downloaded and visible. My problem is my I drive is empty and cannot seem to figure out how I view my photos in icloud.

can someone help me?

iCloud Photo Library is not in iCloud Drive. If you use a computer browser and log in to https://www.icloud.com/ you will be able to see Photos (and other things such as Contacts) that are stored in iCloud but are separate from iCloud Drive.

Obviously I need to get more up to speed on what one can store on iCloud Drive and uses. My other problem I think is that my computer does not support iCloud so can't sign on.Thanks for your response and patience

I think you need Internet Explorer 10 or later to sign in to https://www.icloud.com
If your computer won't run that, an alternative would be to download and install Firefox and use that as your internet browser to go to iCloud: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
