Since i have installed Windows 10, Nano 7 Ipod is not recognized

Since i have installed Windows 10, Nano 7 Ipod is not recognized. i have done everything from update, reinstall reset itunes check the drivers, cords are apple also cannot find anything wrong. I don't know what to do. I cannot sync any of my new songs I have purchased. I check the the previous support forum suggest for windows 8. And none of that works. please help
