Q: Apple pay plus discover to buy a new iPhone without an old one

I heard that use apple pay plus discover buy a new iPhone can get almost 22% cask back. But I don't have a device support apple pay now. In the apple store, can I use the apple pay of the new iPhone which I want to buy plus my discover card to buy itself?

No. You cannot set up Apple Pay on a device until after you have purchased it.
