Something is wrong with 10.11.1 update!

i Updated my Macpro to 10.11.1 and the system freezes on the startup window with the progress bar going nowhere! Flipping irritating! There's definitely something wrong with the update! I'm busy moving back to 10.11.

Mac Pro, MacBook Pro, iPad, Mac OS X (10.6.7)

Mine doesn't freeze on a restart.

Thanks very much for the links. I am going to check all startup items and disable them before trying to update to 10.11.1 again. I have a feeling it might be motionvfx's new app.
