Yahoo recovery mail

Hello,

I have a problem with setting up a recovery mail for Yahoo. I switched from Gmail to iCloud mail service few days ago and therefore changed everything to iCloud address. No problems except I do not receive confirmation email from Yahoo when I change recovery mail address. I already contacted Yahoo and they said email is being sent out and they do not have any restrictions regarding iCloud addresses.

I had the same issue using Outlook/Hotmail as my recovery email address - the email would never arrive. I couldn't figure it out and ended up forgetting about it.

At the moment, my set up is all mail is forwarded from Gmail to iCloud but I'm like you - thinking of eventually switching entirely over to iCloud.
