How to identify MacBook models - Apple Support
If it has a DVD drive then insert a DVD install disk and boot from that and install OSX and upgrade as necessary.
If yo model has Internet Recovery then boot to that and install OSX.

now i downloaded OS X Recovery Disk Assistant v1.0 should i try with that one ?

next ? its crashing after a few minutes with the new ram (2 x 4 gb 1066 ddr3 ) i put in..
its a unibody mid 2010
