iOS 9.1 upgrade on iphone 5C now no data?
Got new phone and upgraded to 9.1 and now I have no data and no way to enter APN settings. I am on straight talk network and it was running fine on 8.4. Are there any fixes?

I see that your iPhone is unable to connect to your provider's cellular data network. In order to troubleshoot this issue please follow through the steps in the link below.
If you can‘t connect to a cellular network or cellular data
