Q: Install Windows10 on 2015 model iMac 4k 21’5 with 2T Fusion drive
I have 4k 21’5 iMac with 2T Fusion drive.
I separate my Fusion drive as below:
- 120G SSD drive, install OS x
- 2T HDD drive for Data storage, HFS
I tried to format my 2T HDD into 2 partitions(HFS + NTFS) by
Boot Camp Assistant, wished Windows can be on 128G NTFS and rest are my data
storage partition.
I had Win10 USB installer disk(prepared on another Window PC)
and plugged.
When I started installation, Boot Camp Assistant allow me to
resize my 2T HDD disk(I selected 128G Windows + ~1.8T. Then it says Windows Support Software is not downloaded into USB installer and go back to download.
if I go back download it, it will just stuck at around 30%
and never progress.
Tried 3 times and all end up with same. Any solution?
iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)
