Copy as PDF command

Hi,

Copy as PDF does't work any more in Numbers 3.6 and El Capitan 10.11.1? Anyone else having the same issue or know what could be done to fix it?

Further more, Numbers cannot autosave any more and will not quit. Found another unanswered thread about this issue.

I am not familiar with the "Copy and pdf".

you can always select items on a Numbers sheet, copy, then open the application Preview and select the menu item "File > New From Clipboard" or

in Numbers, select the menu item "File > Print", then click the button "Print", then use the PDF button (bottom left):

Ok. Thanks a lot. My problem is that it doesn´t work anymore (the screenshot was from when it worked) :-( So, my Number has gone soure on me :-) I also cannot quit the app, but that is the issue in another Apple Support tread about "cannot autosave".

I therefor wonder if anyone else have experienced the same issue(s) and maybe has found a solution.

Regards, Allan

force quit Numbers using the menu item " > Force Quit …" select Numbers from the Menu, then click Force quote. Now restart your computer.

Check and see if the a new document will allow you to copy a pdf from the context menu, then open your document and see if the copy pdf is there. If it is not then, perhaps, your document is corrupt in some way. I would suggest, copying the content of the document (one item at a time) to a new document. check that the contextual menu is there each step after the chart is in the new document.
