Q: Attemp to copy failed -54

im using win 10, latest itunes, iphone 6s ios 9.1

 

Error message" failed to attemp copy -54"

 

ive try to add my user with full control access in itunes folder and even take ownership the folder but the problem still persist.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1
