Q: iphone 6 iOS 9.1 and icloud photos recover

Hi,

 

I am accidentally deleted  big part of my photos and videos on my iphone. I am immediately search them in Bin (30 days should apply) - not on them were here. I have icloud stream on.  So i confirmed they are gone from my icloud account too. But it should be able to recover from there - log in to icloud.com then settings and advanced - there are 3 options to recover:

 

files

contacts

calender

 

and yes on contacts and calender there are many but on files is empty .Why ? Is there any option to recover my photos and videos. My backup is too old to recover those important data

    Hi tomasz102,

    If you delete photos from you iPhone, they will appear in the Recently Deleted Album in the Photos app, not in the trash bin.  This resource explains more:

    How do I delete photos and videos from a device using iCloud Photo Library?

    If you want to remove photos and videos from all your iOS devices, Mac, and iCloud.com, you can delete them in the Photos app. 

    When you delete a photo or video from your Photos app, it will also delete from your iCloud Photo Library and iCloud storage. You can recover your photos and videos from the Recently Deleted album for 30 days.

    Thank you for your help. Yes I mean Recently Deleted Album in sense of "Bin". I deleted many videos and photos in one time. Maybe it was a problem ? Not enough storage or something like that. 
    Have Recently Deleted Album  unfortunately empty Now if i delete some photo its appear there . The same on icloud.com .  All of those gone

    Thanks for clarifying.  Yes, you should have access to your deleted files for 30 days.  If you do not see the pictures and videos you deleted in the Recently Deleted folder, then I would suggest contacting our technical support so that an advisor can delve a little deeper into your issue for you.  They will ask you to verify security information to access your iCloud account with you.  Here is the link to begin that support:

    I was trying this way immediately. There was a phone to me from 00353xxx and i press one everytime to speak with consultant , no result , after 10 minutes again , and it goes the same. I have id for that etc. Could you tell me that this help will be in polish language ? In english i think it will be tough for me to explain on "live".

     

    Ps. I get an email in polish anyway.
