Nov 10, 2015 5:00 AM in response to cosmalexandruby imobl,Only the wireless provider to which the iPhone is locked can unlock it.
Did your previous network provider unlock the iPhone? If not, contact
them to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.

Nov 10, 2015 7:11 AM in response to cosmalexandruby imobl,If there is an error message, what is the exact
complete text of that error message?
How do you know the iPhone is unlocked?
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>
About=>Carrier? You may have to scroll to see the
entry for Carrier?
Is the wireless provider you are attempting to use in Romania
supported?

Nov 10, 2015 7:33 AM in response to imoblby cosmalexandru,I can not go to Settings. My iPhone is not set up. I know it is unlocked because the person who sent it to me tried it with two different carriers and it worked.
And as you see in the image, the signal bar indicates that it connects to the network. So that tells me it is not locked. I think is just a kind of error... Or.. Maybe I am wrong.
Thanks!
