What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>
About=>Carrier? You may have to scroll to see the
entry for Carrier?
Is the wireless provider you are attempting to use in Romania
supported?

Nov 10, 2015 7:33 AMby cosmalexandru,I can not go to Settings. My iPhone is not set up. I know it is unlocked because the person who sent it to me tried it with two different carriers and it worked.
And as you see in the image, the signal bar indicates that it connects to the network. So that tells me it is not locked. I think is just a kind of error... Or.. Maybe I am wrong.
