can i delete photos from icloud but keep on iphone

If you are using iCloud Photo library and delete a picture on your phone, it will also be deleted in the iCloud Photo Library. However, you can choose to Optimize your images, so that the full size image is stored in the cloud. This will free up space on your iPhone without having to delete the image.
