Q: files sharing between windows 7 and mac

Hoping someone can help.

I had previously set up my home network to successfully allow me to share files between my Windows 7 PC and my iMac.

Recently I had to change my Microsoft account because I was changing internet providers and my email on Microsoft and my Windows 7 machine needed to be changed.

Previously, when I logged in to my windows machine, I used "oldaccountname@oldemailaddress.com"

I updated my Microsoft account to allow me to login to my windows machine using my "newaccountname@newemailaddress.com"

Now I am unable to share files between Windows 7 and my iMac.

I don't see where the email address should have any affect, and actually the email address that I'm now using should be the same, but I'm not sure....
