Finder doesn't display list of folders and files

Finder doesn't display list of folders and files when I open any folder (actually it is scrolled somewhere in the middle, so when the folder has a lot of files inside I can see them BUT I can't scroll up until I switch to another tab). I have to switch to another tab and go back - then ok! This get me very angry!
