I Changed my Apple ID since I no longer have Comcast for my email. I deleted all Comcast acts and yet my ICloud account under settings still shows my old email on first page but not on my account settings? I am getting iCloud mail and everything works fine but why can't I delete my iCloud old email? I have an Iphone6 IOS 9.1. 16 gb

No it never asked me for old email. Everyone says to delete my ICloud acct then sign in with new iemail? Won't that delete my whole account with all my pictures, emails, documents, etc?
You need to log out of your old account, not delete it.
i went to settings under ICloud and scrolled down to sign out and it says I will lose all my data on my phone? How can I sign out without this happening?
