This did not make any difference.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.
If the issue persists and you have a 64-bit system try the for older video cards version which is a 64-bit installer for mostly 32-bit code, similar to all 64-bit versions of iTunes up to 12.1.

"There was an issue uploading your image. Please ensure the image file name only includes accepted characters (letters a-z, numbers 0-9, spaces, dashes or underscores), the image is an accepted file type (.jpg, .gif or .png,) and the image is smaller than 2 MB.
The file is jpg and its called "picture 5"
How big is it? You can see my email address if you hover over my avatar.

Sent you it.
So did you try the steps in Missing MSI errors yet? Were you able to locate, export, and then delete the relevant key?
Here is the result of a search for the iTunes6464.msi file on one of my computers. See the key name listed at the bottom of the window.
From the picture you sent you need to search for iTunes64.msi. If I was having problems with the installer I would right-click on the key with the black arrow in the left-hand pane to export it, and then again to delete it. I would then try installing iTunes again.

There is a new(ish) (and likely final) release of iTunes for Windows XP 32-bit and Windows Vista 32/64 which includes support for iOS 9, though not Apple Music.
See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates if you have any problems installing it, or for direct links to the current or other recent versions.

I have tried that.
When I press search nothing pops up it just says finished and thats it đ no sourcelist nothing compared to yours
So you just get the same message next time you try to run the iTunes installer despite having deleted that key?

Use the 32-bit installer for Windows XP.
