Q: Home Sharing will not turn on in El Capitan
Just updated to El Capitan:
MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2.53GHz, Mid 2009)
2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Due to an older processor, I cannot mirror my desktop on my home TV monitor, so I view my pictures and videos via Home Sharing.
I could not find a way to select albums in Photos. None of the choices were my Photos. So I turned off Home Sharing, hoping to reset the default. This resulted in an even bigger problem. I now cannot turn on Home Sharing. On the screen to turn it on, I clicked on turning it on. The screed disappears but it does not turn on. I've done this multiple times.
1 How do I turn on Home Sharing in this new scenario?
2 Once in Home Sharing, how would I access my Photo Albums, last imports, videos, etc?
Thanks,

I restarted the MacBook Pro and when I went back to iTunes, went to Home Sharing, a sign in screen for Apple ID appeared. Both problems are now resolved.
