Q: Hello we buy a apple watch today and we have problem to connect to Siri. we try to press the Digital Crown down but nothing happens

we have problems with Siri, we press the digital crown but we not get in contact with Siri?

    Hi

     

    On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Siri:

    - Check that Siri is enabled;

    - Check that Allow Hey Siri is enabled.

     

    If these are already set correctly, try disabling Siri, pausing for a few moments and then re-enabling it.

     

    It may also help to restart both your iPhone and your watch. Turn both devices off first, then restart your iPhone before restarting your watch:

    - To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off.

    - To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.

     

    It may also help to update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software versions (presently iOS 9.1 and watchOS 2.0.1). Instructions for updating the software are available here:
