display A1267 flickers/blinks.

My Mac 24-inch 2009 LED display A1267 flickers/blinks soon after I turn on my Mac mini Mid 2011 v.10.7.5. I can hear the fan in the back of the display turning on and off as the screen flickers. My backup 27-inch LED display does not flicker so my Mac mini is not the source of the problem. Is there a reset switch? Is there a part I could order. I live in Cozumel Mexico so unlikely I will fly to Houston for repair. Best regards, Peter Fox
