Q: Why I can't login iCould on iPhone6 after logoff iCould?

After log off iCould on iPhone6 Why I can't login iCould again on iPhone6. It said user and password incorrect. But I've used same user and password login iCould on Notebook Windows 7 can login. How can I solve this problem please advise. Thanks

    Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

     

    I see you're only being told on your iPhone that your Apple ID and password is being entered incorrectly.  This can sometimes happen if the Wi-Fi network you're connected to is not configured correctly.  In order to get signed in, I suggest that you turn off Wi-Fi, and sign in using your cellular network.

     

    Configure Wi-Fi. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, then turn Wi-Fi on or off. (You can also turn Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi icon on or off in Control Center.)

    Connect to Wi-Fi

     

    Once signed in, I suggest going through the information in the link below to ensure your Wi-Fi network is configured correctly.
