Q: Plantronics Bluetooth compatibility

Hi,

I have a Plantronics Explorer model 245 Bluetooth earpiece that worked perfectly with my iPhone 4. I recently got the iPhone 5S, which will pair to the earpiece, but then requires me to "forget" it and re-pair it for each subsequent call. Does anyone know a solution, or is there some kind of terminal compatibility issue?

    I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Bluetooth headset and your iPhone 5s.  I would need a little clarification on this issue to possibly provide a better answer.  However, try going through the troubleshooting steps in the article below as they may help with this issue.  Although it does look like this particular Bluetooth headset is no longer in production, you may want to reach out to Plantronics for any firmware updates to your device.
