Nobody can help you here, only the carrier the iPhone is locked to can officially unlock, no 3rd parties or websites.
You have to ask O2 to unlock and if you qualify.

Some kind of miracle. If your iPhone is locked by a O2 UK carrier, you need to contact this carrier to unlock it. Note that this is only possible when the contract has been already terminated and there're no charges left to be paid. Do not post your IMEI on public forums.
