I turned automatic app updates off in the settings app on my 4th generation Apple TV. How do I manually check for and intstall app updates? I was expecting there to be an update tab in the App Store app like there is on the iPhone/iPad/iPod touch but there is not.
Man, tell me about it. I was just looking for this and I can't believe there is no easily identifiable section for apps needing updating. Manually going through and randomly selecting apps "just to see" if they need updating seems......less than adequate.

If Automatically Update Apps is disabled, you can select any app in the App Store to check if an update is available and manually update there.

Ugh. This is horrible UI/UX. They had a solution that was just about ideal on iOS. Just use that!
