Yes, you can use your existing Apple charger. Only a plug adapter will be required.

Also note that the AC power in Thailand is 220 volts AC @ 50hZ.

Great- thank you. I thought that it would be 220v to 240v at the most but but the plug cover says 250v right on it?

You are welcome. I suspect the 250 volt markings indicate that the plugs are safety rated to 250 volts.
