Nov 11, 2015 8:19 AM in response to D.Cohenby Sallynmichigan,I had tried all these steps prior to posting my issue. So that doesn't help. When attached to Itunes it shows the status at less than 1/2 and a steady orange light. When I eject it from itunes it flashes yellow. I have tried both ways to charge it to no avail.
