Access For This (Keychain) Item Cannot Be Edited

Hi!

I set up a new online banking account, and found that my credentials were being autofilled. So I went into Keychain to change the Access Control to ask for my Keychain password. But, there is a note on this Keychain item which says: "Access for this item cannot be edited." Also, the Access Group for this item is listed as "com.apple.cfnetwork". I've never seen this before. This is the first Keychain item that I wanted to edit, but couldn't. I've recently upgraded from Mavericks to El Capitan, and so perhaps it's something new?

My questions are:

First of all, what's up with that? Why was this Keychain item generated in this peculiar way? What made it different? What is the purpose of cfnetwork as a Group?

And secondly, how can I fix this?
