I EL Capitan OSX:
I want to enable "Move To Trash" menu in the preview app when I have opened one document (Only one document) in the preview app. I know this menu is enable when we are opening multiple document in the preview but it is gray out when we open one file. I have already searched about this issue on the internet but I couldn't fix the issue. I appreciate any help.

I'm not sure what you are referring to. When I open one or multiple documents in Preview there is a File -> Move To... selection but I don't see any "Move To Trash" option.
If you check the Edit menu you will see the "Move to Trash". I had a macbook (OS X: Snow-leopard )and I could use Command+Delete in preview to move the current document to the trash even only one file was open but in yosemite and in EL Capitan I cannot do that when one file is open.
I do not see a "Move To Trash" in the Edit menu. The option is "Move To...".
I have preview ver 8.1(877). I have "Move to trash" in the Edit menu (10th option from the top). It should be grayed out!
I apologize, 😊 I was looking in the File menu. I was able to activate it by adding another page to a PDF. Then selecting that item in the sidebar.
