if i click on export v card nothing will happen, please let know where it will be save.

If you are asking about the export function while using a computer on icloud.com, the .vcf file should appear in your downloads folder.
I have the same problem... it doesnt apear on the downloads

I have found out that when using Safari, I do have to click on the Gear Icon>Export vCard...twice before the download completes.
I have also successfully downloaded the .vcf file using Firefox.
What browser are you using?
What is your designated downloads folder?
