I bought my iPhone 6 in June 2015 - can I still buy AppleCare now in November 2015? Or is there a time limit on when you can purchase AppleCare+??

You must purchase it within 60 days of purchase of the iPhone. So it appears you are too late.

I believe it is the first 60 days after purchase of the device. You can go to the link for Apple Care for info. Can I buy an AppleCare plan for my device? - Apple Support
