itunes 12.3.1 not showing all my albums in Home Sharing

I recently added another 500 photos and created a new album.

I wanted to view the photos on my Apple TV but the new album did not show.

I restarted my iMac (OS 10.10.5), iTunes 12.3.1.23, Photos Version 1.0.1 (215.65.0).

I checked to make sure the correct iPhoto library was selected. I rebuilt the iPhoto library.

Still when I select Choose Photos to Share with Apple TV, my new Album does not show.

I tried changing the Album name and still NG.

I have just over 20,000 photos and videos in my iPhoto library.

Is there an issue I should know about?
