Q: Thunderbolt and PC

I am building a computer soon, desktop running Win 10. I would like to connect it to my Thunderbolt display and was wondering if there is an easy way with the newer mb's?

I was wondering if anyone has personal experience with what I'm trying to do. The reviews I read on mb's with Thunderbolt are very mixed. Looking for anyone who has tried this and has had success.
