The new updates for iWork won't download.

I've had iWork for ages. I've used the same Apple ID as always. I've updated iWork many, many, many times. But suddenly, with yesterdays update to Pages, Keynote and Numbers (Pages 5.6.1, Keynote 6.6.1, and Numbers 3.6.1) the App store won't let me download them. It keeps telling me they were either 1. Already purchased on another computer or 2. Can't be downloaded at this time, This is obviously nonsense. I've only ever had one Macbook Pro and my iPhone 6 came with the apps, so where its thinking I purchased them on another computer, is beyond me.

Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know a fix around this? Maybe a way to get the App store into realizing I already own the apps?
