Q: Siri Remote don't work more after the first 1hr of use

Hello Guys,

Yesterday i've buy the new apple tv 32gb... at the start everything goes good, but after 1 hour of use the apple tv notify me that the charge of my remote was low, so  i continue use it until he say "Battery completely Low" and the remote stop working.

Ok from that moment i put the remote on charge on my iPhone charger and this morning (yes it's crashed for more than 9 hours) the remote will not be recognised by the tv... Also pressing Menu + Volume Up didn't work... the remote doesn't pair with the apple tv.

What i can do for resolve this issue? i need to bring all the apple tv to a store for request a repair of the all things or they just exchange me the remote?

    Hello there, crospa91.

It sounds like you're Siri/Apple TV Remote is not working properly after charging it. The following Knowledge Base article offers up some additional pointers and link for troubleshooting:

Charge your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote

    Get help

If your remote isn't working, try these steps. After each step, see if your remote works:

    1. Go to Settings > Remotes and Devices > Bluetooth, then select your remote. Make sure that your remote is charged and connected.
    2. Restart your Apple TV.
    3. Pair your remote again. Put your Siri Remote within three inches of your Apple TV, and point it at the front of your Apple TV. Then press and hold the Menu and Volume Up buttons for five seconds.

If you need help using your remote to control your TV or receiver, try these steps to set up your remote.

The battery in the remote isn't accessible to users. For more information, see the service page for this product
