Just tried adding another credit card but my Wallet app only shows Passes. I have an iPhone 5 and Apple Watch and have been using Apple Pay for awhile. My already-added credit card shows up on my watch, but not my iPhone's Wallet app. Also, there is no setting in my iPhone Settings for the Wallet app.
My configurations haven't changed; US region, etc. Power cycled, force power cycled.

Oh, I guess I need to use the Wallet & Apple Pay setting in the Apple Watch app on iPhone now.

To set up an additional card on your watch, use the Watch app on your iPhone (My Watch > Wallet & Apple Pay).

Adding cards to your watch does not also add them to your iPhone. To also use Apple Pay on your iPhone, you need iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus or later.
To use Apple Pay on iPhone it needs a NFC chip which only iPhone 6 of later models have.
