Q: New iPad Pro not visible in iTunes.
iPad Pro with iOS 9.1 (13B143)
Windows 10.0.10586 64-bit
iTunes version 12.3.1.23 64-bit
My new iPad Pro doesn't show up in iTunes. I checked the Windows Device Manager and it appears in the Portable Devices section as Apple iPad.
It also appears in Windows Explorer as the same Apple iPad. I have access to my Photos and videos. When I plug the lightening cable in to connect
to the PC, instead of getting the Trust popup, I get the following popup...Allow this device to access photos and videos? Allow or Don't allow.
I've gone to General and Reset and reset the Location and Privacy settings. The iPad also is unlocked. No Passcode.
I will attempt to connect to a Windows 7 PC to see if I get the same behavior then append.
Is anyone else having difficulty?
