Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I see you would like to delete an iCloud ID because it was disabled. Unfortunately that is not something we can help with, but the following article should help you recover control over that Apple ID by recovering the password and unlocking it.
Once that has been done and you are able to access your Apple ID, here are some things you want to address:

Nov 13, 2015 11:06 PM in response to jeffd55by rody pop,Many thanks for your information, but I have a complicated problem: I created in 2013 an icloud ID (ajafood@icloud.com) with related email (ajafood@ajaregistrars.ro) and I activated "find my phone " on this ID on a iphone 5 device. I can acces the icloud ID ajafood@ajaregistrars.ro, but I can't acces icloud ID ajafood@icloud.com. When I try to reset the password for ajafood@icloud.com, there write that I received an email , but not any sent email in my inbox. It's very strange , because I didn't create 2 accounts and because "find my phone " is activated on ajafood@icloud.com I can't sell my device. On my device , the aplle ID ajafood@icloud.com can't connect to server, it's always in updating status. I can't try two-step verification because I can't acces iMessage, Game center, etc Many thanks for your support.
